Payment on this site is via PayPal or credit card.

We ship anywhere within the United States. All orders shipped from Redding, Connecticut, USA via USPS.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on weight and shipping method. 

Returns: We aim to please. Everything is returnable/refundable within 30 days. Return shipping cost is the buyer responsibility.

Note that every order is carefully packaged and in over twelve years of shipping, we have never had a damaged product. If damage is sustained, keep all shipping materials. We will gladly help in reporting a claim.
